Net-Monitor Ltd. is a private software company that develops and deploys software for monitoring networks. We are a team of networking specialists, and this is the only thing we do.
We started this because the tools available could tell you that something had gone wrong, but almost never what. Network teams were spending their nights on detective work that the software should have done for them.
The Net-Monitor system grew out of that gap. It is an expert system for monitoring and managing corporate networks — one that watches device health, traffic flows and the actual conversations on the wire, and puts all three together.
It has since been implemented across finance and insurance, high-tech, industry and services, and government and public institutions. The common thread is that none of them can afford to be offline, and all of them run networks nobody designed from scratch.
We are still privately held, still small, and still working on the same problem.

Three things we will not compromise on.
An alarm is not an answer
Anybody can turn an icon red. The work — and the value — is in saying what broke and why. We would rather ship one honest answer than ten more dashboards.
Go one layer deeper
Device counters are easy to collect and easy to sell. Reading the real traffic is harder, and it is the reason our customers find things nobody else found.
Respect the team running it
Most network teams are small and busy. Software that needs constant tuning is software that gets ignored. Ours is built to be left alone and still be right.
Networks that are not allowed to fail.
Our customers operate in sectors where an hour of downtime is measured in more than inconvenience. We do not publish their names.
